The output voltage can be set to any chosen voltage between 2.5V and 20V by the selection of two external divider resistors. SOT23 (ZTL431AQ, ZTL431BQ) (Top View) The ZTL431AQ, ZTL431BQ, ZTL432AQ, and ZTL432BQ are available in two grades with initial tolerances of 1% and 0.5% for the A and B grades respectively.
