SGM820 High-Accuracy Supervisory Circuit with Programmable Watchdog Timer GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The SGM820 is a high-accuracy supervisory circuit with ● Precision Fixed Detection Options: 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V and 5V programmable watchdog timer, which can realize the under-voltage threshold accuracy of less than 1% from ● High-Accuracy Voltage Threshold (< 1%) -40℃ to +125℃. It provides ten reset threshold voltage ● Hysteresis: 0.5% (TYP) options for 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V and 5V voltage ● Supply Voltage Range: 1.6V to 6.5V monitoring. ● Ultra-Low Supply Current: 1.2μA (TYP) The nRESET delay of the SGM820 has ● Factory-Set ±15% Accuracy Watchdog Timeout a and Reset Delays high-precision delay timing. Connecting the CWD pin to GND via a capacitor to set the watchdog timeout. Connecting the CWD pin to VCC via a 10kΩ resistor or leaving it unconnected to select the preset watchdog timeout. 3 nMR I Manual Reset Input Pin.
