Conversion Efficacy is the luminous flux (white light) output per radiant watt of blue light input to ChromaLit. Wrad is the radiometric power measured in watts. Conversion efficacy is rated based on reference operation and dominant blue LED wavelength of 455nm (peak wavelength of 450nm).
